Agilerdns provides network infrastructure services, including dedicated servers, authoritative DNS management, rDNS configuration, and network-level attack mitigation. Services are provided exclusively to legal entities or technology sector professionals (B2B).
The client agrees to: (a) not use the servers for illegal activities or those that violate Argentine law; (b) maintain the confidentiality of access credentials; (c) immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account; (d) comply with the acceptable use policies published at policy.html.
Agilerdns shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption caused by: (a) scheduled maintenance with 48 hours prior notice; (b) DDoS attacks exceeding the contracted mitigation capacity; (c) actions of third parties outside our infrastructure; (d) force majeure events. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted monthly service.
The contract has a monthly term, automatically renewable. Either party may terminate without cause with 30 days' notice. Agilerdns may suspend service immediately if: (a) violation of applicable laws is detected; (b) a security compromise affects other clients; (c) payment is overdue by more than 10 business days.
Agilerdns reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified 15 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
